Wray Common Primary School

A primary school for boys and girls aged 4 to 11

School Council

Wray Common is very proud of its School Council. Each year, a child from every class is democratically voted to be a member of the School Council and are responsible for representing the opinions of their class.

“As School Council, we work as a community to make this school the best it can be. We try to make sure all pupils are the best Wray Common Citizens they can be, both during lessons and outside. At Wray Common we try to do the best we can do, meaning there is always room to improve! That’s where the School Council come in :) So far we have made expectations that the whole school should follow. We have managed to solve some traffic issues and voiced students’ ideas, by holding soapboxes. At Wray Common we like a challenge, so think about this quote please “Mistakes have the power to turn you into something better than you were before” is this a good quote?” – Jojo
